I don't know about you, but lately I've been feeling more rushed and harried than I like to be.
And the weird thing is, nothing that I do in my day is "life saving" urgent or important, but it still feels like I have all of these little fires popping up throughout the day that I need to put out 🔥 And I'm feeling this background hum of needing to get things done or needing to hurry, that honestly, I think I've been creating myself.
I'm really someone who wants my days to feel calm and chill. I like to flow through my day rather than react to it. So over the past month I've been trying a few really simple ways to bring more calm into my day - things that don’t require more time, motivation, or discipline.
