Want pretty wavy hair but don't have enough time in the morning to do it?
One thing I get asked a lot is "how can busy mums find time to get themselves ready in the morning, not just the kids?"
Here's a method that takes less than 10 minutes, from start to finish. You'll love it!

Give it a try and let me know how you go!
Need help finding an easier way to do something? Send me an email :)

this is brilliant!!!
ReplyDeleteI have a clamp thingy on my curling iron though. I'll have to try it with out using a clamp.
Thanks Sarah! Just watch your fingers if you haven't got a glove xx
DeleteThis is great! We'll have to try this! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome Amour and Renee :) I'm in love with your blueberry toasties on your blog by the way xx
DeleteBlackberry! Not blueberry :)
DeleteFANTASTIC Marissa! I'm doing this tomorrow. I love it. I have two curling irons and a ghd and keep avoiding doing curls because of the time factor and the 'perfection' factor. Your hair looks and it was so simple! Have never thought before to point it downwards or to curl the hair around the iron myself - was always trying to twist the iron around and getting tangled. Pure genius my friend. hahaha... thanks!
ReplyDeleteThank you Steph! Send me a pic when it's done, I'd love to see xx
DeleteAwesome. I really need to know one for straightening hair!! Just got a new short do and it look so much better straight - but takes me ages!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Caz! Email me a pic of your new do and I'll find an easy way for you xx

ReplyDeletehmmm, that looks great, but i never thought to even take 10 minutes for myself, not sure where i'd find it... my hair takes about 10 seconds to do - it's called 'grabbing a hat on the way out the door', lol
Dearne Davis
Lol Dearne I hear you, some days mines still straight up in a ponytail and that's it's for the day. Bet you look awesome in a hat anyway xx
Deleteoops, facebook profiles, sorry!
ReplyDeleteBless you for this Marissa, it might save me from tear, throwing the damn wand and then stomping out the door with hair in a bun!
ReplyDeleteThanks lovely Fiona!
DeleteWow I am definitely going to try this! I need to buy a curling wand first though. My hair is very long thick and straight so it will be interesting to see how it goes. I've always wanted this look but never been able to achieve it!
ReplyDeleteDo you recommend muk as the best brand??
Tash Corbin
Hi Tash,
DeleteSorry it's been so long until my reply - I didn't see it until tonight! Yep - definitely recommend this brand, it heats up fast, comes in three different curling rod sizes and the barrel itself curls my hair beautifully without kinks or tangles xx
